Janet Curtis did a wonderful job selling my property.  She came to evaluate the property, made some suggestions to make the home more marketable.  She staged the home and had a professional video taken which showed the best of my home.  I had gone through another realtor for six months that only showed my house one time and never had an open house and her response for the lack of activity was simply the market, but in the first four weeks that Janet had my property she had 3 open houses and a great number of showings and an offer that was greater than I had imagined.  So I guess it was not simply the market but a lack of marketing by the previous realtor.  I have and will continue to recommend Janet Curtis.
